Zagis is a 60 year old family run business in Mexico, recognized as the youngest Latin American leader in spinning and knitting, who counts on cotton as its main raw material.


Zagis is focused on becoming a worldwide leader in the textile industry by using state of the art technology while keeping highly responsible production standards. As a company, they have a passionate mission to protect the environment. They have been able to reduce water use in high percentages, and through the modernization of their production equipment and machinery they have a goal to put 11,000 tons of CO2 per year back into the atmosphere by using 100% green renewable energy practices.


Zagis feels that its strong commitment to the planet is consistent with the Cotton LEADS program.
